Please note that as an organisation working in the field of e-commerce, email is our principal, and expected, mode of communication.

If your inquiry relates to making changes to an existing registration then please read this information now.

For general enquiries (no commercial solicitations, please!) our email contant address is web-enquiries @ channelisles . net

If you are an existing customer you should use the dedicated Support Desk address you have been given. Please use plain text email if you can, and avoid using 'email stationery' and added graphics or company logos.

To submit server changes, name/address changes or cancellation requests please complete the relevant online form. All forms can be found under the 'MANAGE' tab, above.

Emergency support

If you find yourself unable to use email, please leave a detailed message, including full contact details, on our emergency support line. From any of the Channel Islands, just dial 521713.

If calling from outside the Islands: from the UK or Isle of Man, you should add the dialling prefix for Guernsey (01481) or Jersey (01534); or its international equivalent (+44 1481 or +44 1534) from abroad.
