If you are a customer of an accredited registrar you should use the email address or other contact method which you have been given by your registrar. If you have a domain registered at MY.CHANNELISLES.NET, and your inquiry relates to making changes to that registration then please read the information under the 'Manage' tab, above.

Telephoning us
We do not use a call centre for routine customer support, but if you find yourself unable to send emails, you may leave a message for us on our support team's voice mailbox. You should include your name, return telephone number, email address, the domain name, and brief details of what your query is about.
