How to contact us

Please note that our main support method is email. You may contact us by email at any time. We check our email regularly.

Email

If you are a customer of an Accredited Registrar, for support you should use the email address or other contact method which you have been given by your registrar. Your registrar is your primary contact in the first instance.

You should normally not need to contact us about registrar-managed domain names unless you are having difficulties with managing your domain via your registrar and wish to raise a complaint, or you are a third-party with a potential dispute. You can confirm which registrar is associated with any domain name using the WHOIS query at the top of the page/

If your domain is one of the few that remain registered directly with us at MY.CHANNELISLES.NET, and your inquiry relates to that registration
then please see the information under the 'Manage' tab, above, or contact us using the support desk address you have been given.

For all other enquiries relating to Channel Island domain names, our external contact address is web-enquiries [at] channelisles [dot] net.

Telephone

We no longer use the telephone for routine customer support. However, you find yourself in a position where your emai is not working, you
may contact our support team using our emergency number which is +44 7781 426912.   Please note that this is a Guernsey mobile number
which UK and overseas telephone providers are likely to charge extra to call.

When you are connected to the voicemail prompt, please leave a detailed message, including your name, return telephone number,  email
address,  domain name, and brief details of what your query is about.    In your own interests therefore, please send email unless you are not
able to access the Internet at all.

Plase note that as from 21st July 2025 our previous Jersey and Guernsey numbers of (01534) 521713 and (01481) 521713 were
discontinued by SURE following their takeover of Airtel/Vodafone.

If you have a serious technical, service-affecting issue, it is outside normal working hours in the British Islands, and you urgently need the on-duty engineer to be called out, you may reach our technical department on +44 7781 426912
