Our self-management system
Our self-management system allows you to update domain names which have been registered directly with us, online in real time. You no longer have to wait for a support ticket to be processed. If you have not used this system before you will need to set up an account on my.channelisles.net.
MY.CHANNELISLES.NET may be used to register new domains, make changes, and cancel domains, entirely under your control. Please note that any domain names which you previously registered directly (and which do not already appear in your account) will need to be transferred over.
All domain names held in a single account are billed to the account holder and you are able to download you invoices in PDF format.
Please note that payment for self-managed domains may only be made online, using a major credit or debit card. We do not support direct debit or bank transfer payments. If this is not suitable for your needs, you will need to transfer the domain(s) concerned to a registrar.
You may hold any number of domain names in your account (your own as well as those of third parties, such as your customers), but you must have the permission of the Registrant (domain "owner") if that is not you yourself. Confirmation of authority is carried out electronically as part of the transfer process, using the standard "EPP Authcode".
